(3) Withdrawal refund rules:
You can apply for refund before 24:00 on June 15, and the registration fee will be refunded within 10 working days after deducting 30% of the registration fee; if you apply for refund for any reason afterwards, the registration fee will not be refunded. If you need to apply for a refund for withdrawing from the race, please reply "Refund" to the "STC大铁 " official account to make the corresponding application.
(4) Registration Notes :
a. The game has a "circuit breaker" mechanism. If there is a risky situation during the event, the event organizing committee will activate the "circuit breaker" mechanism according to the situation on the spot to suspend the game. All contestants should follow the guidance of the organizing committee to enter the designated area to avoid danger, and follow the organizing committee's notification of the situation and safety reminders, as well as the follow-up methods related to the postponement or cancellation of the event.
b. If you are unable to participate due to illness or injury before the race (before June 23), you can provide a medical certificate from a tertiary hospital by email (email address: info@stctri.com), apply for refund, and the refund will be 30% will be deducted within ten working days after the race and returned to the original route. If you need to change the race information, please send an application email to info@stctri.com, and follow the instructions in the email.
c. Athletes are required to know the detailed rules of the race and the refund rules of the race, and only after confirming correctly before registering.

6. Race course
The race starts from the South Square of Meilan Lake International Conference Center, then eastward into Dijing , and then north along Dijing into Luodian Ancient Town, and then return to Dijing and turn back.

8. Instructions for sign-in and check-in
(1) Athlete check-in time: 13:00-17:00 on June 22, please bring your ID card to the check-in counter of Meilan Lake International Convention Center to sign in and pick up the race package.
(2) Athlete inspection time: race day (June 23) 14:30-15:50, during the inspection, the timing chip will be distributed with the entry number.
(3) Athletes are required to check in on time, and no check-in service will be provided outside the specified sign-in time.
(4) During the check-in of the athletes, the referee will check the mandatory equipment for the race. If the equipment is missing, the check-in will not be passed.

9. Race rules
(1) This competition implements the latest competition rules approved by the Water Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, referring to the latest International Surfing Federation paddle board competition rules and the detailed rules of this competition;
(2) During the race, if there is intentional or malicious collision, pushing, or interference with other players, including intentional damage to other players' equipment, they will be punished according to the rules.
(3) All competitors should pay attention to the use of hand signals. In case of assistance, injury or danger, participants should raise their oars or wave their hands to show that they need assistance from safety personnel;
(4) Contestants need to bring their own equipment that meets the requirements of the rules. Life jackets and ankle ropes are mandatory equipment. The contestant organizing committee does not provide neutral equipment.

10. Participating Equipment Requirements
Competitors in the SUP 6KM challenge are not limited to the equipment they use, and they must wear life jackets and foot ropes throughout the race.

11. Other matters
(1) Relevant units and individuals participating in the competition shall be responsible for their own health conditions, self-rescue ability in water and accidental injuries, and bear the risks related to the competition, including but not limited to any personal injury or property loss that may occur during the competition.
(2) All athletes must wear life jackets to participate in the race (life jackets must be prepared by the athletes themselves).
(3) The organizing committee will purchase event insurance based on the information submitted by the athletes.

12. Insurance plan
The organizing committee will provide each participant with an accident insurance. Please note: The organizing committee will not be responsible for any loss caused by failure to purchase insurance due to incorrect or false information filled in during registration; or for all losses caused by impersonation on the day of the competition.

If there are extreme high temperatures, extreme low temperatures, extreme droughts, extreme precipitation, strong convection, etc. in pre-match predictions or on the day of the event, the event organizing committee will initiate a " circuit breaker " mechanism to decide to shorten the race distance, postpone the event or cancel it. race.
